Privacy regulations are only getting more complex. All of our team members are IAPP certified consultants with no fewer than 10 years experience in information technology. We specialize in assisting American companies doing business abroad build and maintain compliance programs that streamline their business and preserve public trust.
We pride ourselves on the value we present. Our expertise in privacy regulation is viewed through the eyes of software developers and database designers. Many firms understand the regulations (and so do we) - we also understand the teams that have to make it happen. Our expertise with the "what" will make the "how" easier and less expensive.

Domonic Grande is an IAPP Certified Privacy Professional with over 20 years experience in Information Technology. His career spans more than 25 years working for 2 Fortune 500 companies. Before founding The Privacy Group, he was a consultant and a software developer. Domonic brings a wealth of experience to his firm and is a passionate privacy advocate. He calls Central Florida home where he lives with his wife Lisa and their cat Nigel.
Lisa Grande
Managing Partner
Lisa Grande is The Privacy Group's Managing Partner. She brings a wealth of knowledge to her position having served as a software developer at the New York Times and as a consultant on DOD contracts. Lisa was a consultant in the transportation industry where she met Domonic. Prior to her duties at TPG, Lisa was a software engineer and database designer in her home town of Virginia Beach, VA.
